Instead, it offers a principled framework rooted in dignity, accountability, truth and trust in divine justice.

Speaking truth without hatred. The Qur’an commands believers to stand firm for justice, even when the truth is painful:

“O you who believe, stand firm for justice, as witnesses for Allah.” (Qur’an 4:135)

Muslims remember GJB’s legacy—the wars he started, the lives lost, and the countries destroyed.

Acknowledging oppression isn’t about seeking revenge; it’s about speaking the truth.

The Muslims shouldn’t take joy lightly or casually in the death or illness of an oppressor.

It’s natural and right to feel joy and relief without holding on to hatred.

It’s about seeing injustice clearly, speaking honestly, and holding onto your dignity—refusing to be silent or oppressed while trusting God without falling into passivity.

Even if you don’t want to curse, why wish good health or a speedy recovery to an oppressor guilty of genocide and stained with blood?

In the Qur’an, Allah cursed all oppressors, from Pharaoh Fir’aun to Nimrod of Kutha/Babylon.

We shouldn’t promote the idea that Islam supports wishing well for those who embody the forces of evil.

It feels hypocritical to pray for mercy for fascist Trump when he showed none to immigrant mothers torn from their children by his ruthless policies.

It’s a double standard to hope for the well-being or safety of Netanyahu when he has blood on his hands, and just as wrong to wish a quick recovery for genocide Joe Biden.

The world is now showing sympathy toward genocide Joe, reflecting on genocide Joe’s controversial career that spanned more than four decades.

Yet, the major blunder that stained his legacy remains both unforgettable and unforgivable, especially in Gaza, and the massacre of four thousand civilians, including women and children, at the Sabra and Shatila refugee camp on September 16th, 1982, in Lebanon while he was Senator.
