There are several places I go for webinars. I enjoy webinars because I can pause, rewind, and watch on my schedule. Thank you, Barbara, for recording the presentations at Projectkin. At the past Atlantic Mission Genealogy Gathering, we talked about keeping up with our Substack subscriptions (see survey below), and sometimes I listen while prepping dinner.
Another place I go is American Ancestors. I believe you can access the video library without logging in, but if not, you can view them on YouTube.
As a shout-out to Barbara’s Migration Stories project, you might want to check out English Immigration to the American Colonies.
Survey — I’d like to include the results in next week’s tip.
How Do You Handle An Overflowing Inbox
Do you limit the number of publications? How do you balance the feeling you need to subscribe back to individuals who subscribe to you with the fact you can’t read thousands of posts each day/week/month? Do you have any strategies to keep from being overwhelmed and giving up? Please let me know by clicking the survey button above.
Why should we all have to learn the hard way? Please share what you’ve learned. Email me at YourFamilyQuest@gmail.com
