As part of my annual solstice ritual, today I am releasing the 2026 Radicle Ritual Planner, my community-wide gift for you all! It not only reflects my sincere gratitude for all the ways our interconnection nurtures my life every year, it is also a special nod to my Korean roots and the old tradition of giving calendars on Dongji (solstice), as well. It’s a tradition that helps remind me of who, what and where I come from, and of all the ways our past, present and future are intertwined.
This year’s edition is a slightly refined version, reflecting back to it’s original inspired roots, 5 years ago, with the simple intention of expanding our circles of care and belonging. What I know now more than ever, is that belonging always exists in the ways we reach towards one another and allow ourselves to love and be loved… bravely, unconditionally, humbly, honestly, and while holding one another’s autonomy and humanity dear.
It is not an easy practice. It’s rife with complexity, duality, humility and requires care in all directions. My hope is that this planner somehow serves to help broaden our ways of being and belonging with ourselves and one another.
