"I'm just too tired and don't have enough energy..."
Uh... 🤔⬇️
The raw numbers of energy we experience (ballpark, not nerd Olympics and no, in did not do this math. I need Sian Thomas help for that 🤣)
Right now, human civilization consumes about 600 exajoules of energy per year.
That’s about:
1.6 exajoules per day
18 terawatts continuously, 24/7
So basically, we use the power of Hiroshima every single hour!
To translate that into something relatable...
That’s 18 trillion watts being pulled, converted, routed, resisted, stored, burned, cooled, transmitted, and lost.
Every day! Just so modern life can hum.
And that’s only the measured energy: electricity, fuel, heat, transport, industry, data centers, agriculture, etc.
But it gets even deeper!
Almost none of that energy stays in its original form.
It’s constantly being:
* converted to motion
* converted to heat
* converted to information
* converted to structure
* converted to waste/noise/recycle
* converted to signal
Stiff that does stuff. This is alchemy at planetary scale.
Humanity is basically a giant, half-conscious transmutation engine.
Humans are energy converters.
We consume, express, convert, and create.
A single human body runs at about 100 watts at rest.
8 billion humans =
800 gigawatts of biological energy
fueled by food (which is just stored solar energy).
That’s small compared to industry but here’s the twist that makes us unique and special:
Human intention multiplies energy far beyond muscle output.
One decision can redirect:
* power grids
* supply chains
* financial flows
* armies
* information ecosystems
So while our bodies consume modest energy, human meaning-making controls ABSURD amounts of external energy.
That’s the absolute bedrock leverage point for using this stuff.
Infrastructure is static intention.
Every road, wire, server, pipeline, factory, and satellite is:
"Yesterday’s thought turned into today’s force".
And every day, trillions of micro-decisions decide whether that energy:
* builds
* maintains
* accelerates
* destroys or decays
We are already wielding near-godlike energetic power with:
* caveman emotional regulation
* adolescent identity structures
* fear-based operating systems
That’s why things feel unstable.
It’s not lack of energy.
It’s lack of coherence and resonance.
Motivation isn't the answer. Motivation is the natural outcome of energy alignment.
Most people are severely leaking:
* attention
* emotion
* decision power
So they feel “tired,” when in reality they’re misdirected.
“You don’t need more energy, you need to stop scattering it.”
Because when it's active and focused, motivation and inspiration are the natural fuels that surface to run the show.
"If your life were a power plant, where is today’s energy actually going?”
Not where you want it to go.
Where it’s measurably flowing.
Every day on Earth:
* solar energy floods the planet
* humans siphon a fraction
* amplify it through tools
* and convert it into outcomes
Money, cities, wars, art, healing, collapse are all downstream effects, not the driver of those effects.
The real crisis isn’t energy scarcity.
It’s unconscious alchemy.
And the moment someone becomes intentional with their energy?
They step out of the noise and into authorship.
But first...
You have to be able to access your own unique energy. Your frequencies.
If you want to access to more of this delicious fuel of creation, go find your frequency and start there.
