Goodest of Mornings to you dear friend, from the paradise island of Ibiza.
What a delicious moon cycle that was!
I left TDF and landed in in the jewel of the Maditerranean just in time for Beltane – a ritual that plays a big role in my life since living in Edinburgh many years ago. This year it was clear that I need to spend it in Atlantis, one of the nature power places in this magickal island. I’m so glad I did. You can read about it here.
Without surprise the magic worked.
I spend a few days tuning into the frequency of this powerful island, working on elevating my vibe and opening the heart. Synchronicities started to flood in. I moved into Tierra Iris and met a wonderful human who catalysed my card project. The Pirates arrived. We spent three days celebrating our beloved Christian – a role model, a friend and an incredible leader. We met amazing humans, connected the dots, and landed on the inevitable insight:
Piratas do Amor is an art collective. And I am indeed an artist.
It’s such a funny thing – for years I have been doing all these other things – facilitation, community building, running online businesses, coaching, hosting events, and more. I loved doing it, and it never fully resonated.
During a powerful spellcasting ritual with Christof, I tapped into a key moment a decade ago which broke me into pieces. Together we transformed it into sweetness, and created a rebirth card, my first 3d card.
I am so grateful for this last decade, and in hindsight it makes perfect sense that I needed a long detour to develop skills which will now elevate my art career. The detour was in fact a collection of side quests, helping me to reach the full potential when finally engaging in the actual quest.
And speaking of the main quest...
I approach a human before an event in Tierra Iris. We start chatting and eventually I offer to pull some cards. After a reading for her, she invites me to pull cards for me. I get a crazy combo, including the Vow card, crafted by Silvia as a birthday gift for me a few years ago when I was going through a bit of a rough winter.
I sat with this card many times, but could never tap into the answer that felt spot on. It always felt close, and yet obscured, intangible.
This time it clicked.
Lets reverse a few days.
Another human asks me about the purpose of my card project. The answer naturally comes out. It’s been engraved on the sigil all this time.
The cards are:
playful ripples of interpersonal healing
catalysts of change
Wait. Isn’t that my quest? It feels pretty spot on.
I love the aha moments. Like when discovering how a magic trick works, it seems so freaking obvious once you know the trick, and yet, just a few seconds earlier it feels impossible.
So here I am, finally returning to the core path, and embracing the inevitable.
Suddenly everything becomes clear.
The Pirates are an art collective, crafting artefacts of love.
Why are we in Ibiza this month? Art residency.

Card sessions? Totally elevated to the next level, after synchronously meeting Sasha and discovering a few next pieces to master.
The invitations start to follow. Let’s cardify my event. Come for dinner and host a card session. Let’s make a cardified experience together for the sailing trip.
Ibiza is the perfect space for that. And inevitably I made a decision to base myself here for this year, before heading to New Zealand (more on that later).
Now the real work begins. The wizard way. I’ve been studying the arts of harmonising myself and elevating my vibration and opening the heart wider and wider. It’s a deep journey and I’m fortunate enough to be surrounded by the most amazing humans to do it together with – my Pirate family, Christof and Raissa. The collective energy field we are generating is amazing.
Now it’s just all about embracing the inevitable and following the Pirate Code.
There’s still a few travels coming up this year, starting with Germany & Poland – a wizard quest in Berlin, Enspiral gathering in Stolzenhagen, a few days of quality time with a dear friend, and a family trip to my country of birth. I can’t wait to tell my family that I was always an artist, and I’m finally ready to own it.
Speaking of family, I am working on an ancestral project reframing limiting patterns running in my family for generations.
It started with visualising 10 generations of my direct ancestors – biological fathers and mothers. I created a circular chart, with a dot in the middle representing a possibility of the future generations, a surrounding circle representing myself, and then the surrounding circles representing my direct ancestors all the way back to 10 generations. My father went deep into our genealogy and we have names of 130 people out of 1023 in the chart, going all the way back into the XVIII century.

Finally, I am tuning into my New Zealand soul quest – a journey that was calling me since early teenage years and which is finally happening this winter.
