Michael Popok, Legal AF co-founder, reports:

A new revelation in a filing to the Supreme Court that Trump is working overtime with 250 person crews working 24/7 on the Ballroom, to try to get it constructed from "hardened Nuclear concrete that can't be easily demolished to try to outrace Judicial review and the Court's blocking the ballroom until the appeal is over.

Federal Judge Chuang blocking Kash Patel and Trump's efforts to punish the FBI and deny it a new state of the art suburban headquarters to replace as political punishment for a Blue State, just because the location chosen by an Act of Congress is located in Blue Maryland.

When your criminal indictment and decision to prosecute a political critic of Trump, Former FBI Dir. James Comey, comes down to (a) excerpts from his fictional novel; (b) his appearance on Late Night television; and (c) an email from a disgruntled cousin, it may be an admission of prosecutorial misconduct justifying dismissal. Popok takes a close look at the new filings.

Dina Doll and Adam Klasfeld on Monday Night Live Legal AF:

Conflict anyone?

Adam Klasfeld, of All Rise News, reports:

The Ninth Circuit unanimously affirmed the disqualification of Nevada’s top federal prosecutor Sigal Chattah, rejecting the Trump Justice Department’s attempt to keep her in power by changing her title. The ruling likely invalidates Los Angeles-based prosecutor Bill Essayli’s tenure, too
