Twin Falls Idaho Shooting #6

Six days after the event the Twin Falls police department provide a video and a timeline. They still maintain the 911 call came in at 2:29PM on August 1, 2026.

They need to explain their post they made on August 1, 2026 six minutes before the 911 call came in.

Then I’d like them to explain this post where KMVT News posted this on their Facebook 12 minutes before the 911 call and it shows police and fire already on the scene.

And this where KMVT published an article 19 minutes before the 911 call.

Does the Twin Falls police department own a DeLorean?

With the announced timeline we learn the gunman died at the scene.

0:026—0:26—The gunman died at the scene from a self inflicted gunshot wound.

The scene is 1965 Blue Lakes Blvd. Chad Williams died a quarter mile away from the scene on a trail behind Dick’s sporting goods a quarter mile away, 1939 Fillmore St, and one of their police officers was wearing a headgear camera and captured it.

Later they say they found the gunman hiding off a trail near Dick’s Sporting Goods store which is a quarter mile away from In-N-Out. An officer points a gun at him and the gunman dies and falls into the canyon. There is no shot heard.

Now we can piece together the event and look for major discrepancies with their official narrative / timeline.

Gunman arrives in the drive thru in a White Honda Civic with the windows rolled up.

The gunman then rolls down his window and shoots Ashley Garibay in the chest. Victim #1 Deceased.

Frame by frame analysis from the time he rolls down his window until the time he rolls it up shows no gun nor does it show any bullet.

Time engaged from rolling up until driving off 12 seconds.

He pulls forward and parks his car. License plate blurred out.

Cut to other camera—

He then gets out of his car and shoots the second victim—Christopher Claunch who was pronounced dead at the scene. Victim #2 Deceased.

Cut to other camera—Showing former Twin Falls police officer and former Idaho State Trooper—(Austin James hero #1)— dressed in clothes that look like military clothing with a baseball style hat and possibly a vest of some kind is captured running past the cars in the drive thru line with a possible gun in his hand.

Runs toward the incident where he encounters the gunman.

Cut to other camera showing gunman walking back to his car.

No license plate on the front. A front license plate is required in Idaho if your car comes with a front bracket which a Honda Civic does. Add this onto the list of Chad Williams crimes that day—driving without a front license plate.

He meets Austin James.

Not the vehicle off to the left with the blurred out license plate frame. They just pulled into the spot. Eyewitness to the entire scene.

Cut to first camera showing Austin James fleeing.

Six seconds later shooter calmly walks around his car.

Cut to—showing James running back to his car after he’d been shot. No sign of any bleeding or blood dripping onto the concrete.

He then draws his gun and turns back around while the doors fly open on his white car.

He is then grab by a man who got out of his car with his wife who also got out of the car.

The man is wearing shorts and a white tee-shirt and he will later re-appear. Shown here loading James with James wife on the other side of the car and employees running out the front. James wife just happen to be a nurse so she drove him to St.Lukes hospital. And for whatever reason she runs around the car and over to the passenger side. The video also kept blurring out the tire on the white SUV.

Cut to the shooter looking into the window.

The shooter looks in and sees aid being given to Ashley Garibay and fires a shot inside at them. He attempts to fire again but his gun jams. Confirmed later in the story by Jaclyn Sanchez. He then returns to his vehicle to get a rifle.No video showing him point and shoot the gun and the camera is froze for 9 seconds and this is the first image when it comes back up. Note position of his right foot.

Cut to inside of restaurant. No audio for seven seconds. A man is shown wearing shorts and a white tee-shirt. Is it the same man who was just with Austin James and his wife? He is casually standing there maybe waiting for his order. Fries are done.

Which one is Ashley Garibay? I’m guessing it is the first female on the left next to the man who is crouched down. Why didn’t they run out with the other employees who were seen running out when they were loading Austin James into his car?

“Inside the restaurant an off duty Idaho police State Trooper.” Hero #3. The employee behind him dives over the counter.

This man’s name has never been mentioned—update on his name below. “He evacuates patrons and employees while he searches for the threat.”

Cut to camera showing shooter running with a rifle.

Cut to drive thru line with audio, “With the rifle the gunman runs back to the drive-thru.” Shows two people wandering around. Time elapsed almost two minutes and every driver would have had to of seen the injured Austin James being loaded into his car which appears to still be there.

He fires at these two patrons and then goes back to where he shot Ashley for the third time, but the mystery off duty police officer is waiting for him.

Helping to assist is the man who helped Austin James into his car and a un-named Good Samaritan. No blood on his shirt. A mystery Good Samaritan patron wearing the same clothes as the person who helped James into his vehicle also joins into assist the off duty police officer hero #3. Who is the person behind him? The two exchange fire.

Cut to outside camera showing gunman firing rifle.

Frame by frame analysis shows no bullets coming out of the rifle. Shooter flees and it looks suspiciously like it was generated by AI.

The stupid or extremely brave ass gunman returns to the window for a 4th time. The gunman hits a victim inside. Victim #4. He hits the good Samaritan who was assisting the off duty trooper.

Frame by frame analysis shows no bullets coming out of the rifle.

The gunman goes to his car, opens the front door, releases the rear trunk and goes and retrieves a backpack.

Cut to front camera showing gunman proceeds to the “food window” but he no longer has his backpack.

“Upon seeing no one inside, he moves on.”

Elapsed time is nearing three minutes and police have not yet arrived on the scene.

Cut to drive thru camera.

From the drive thru a woman fleeing from inside the restaurant is running straight towards where the shooter is. Oh no, while the woman in the SUV does something in the backseat of her SUV.

Austin James car is still there.

The woman encounters the gunman but there is no gunman shown in the video. “She takes cover behind his vehicle and picks up his handgun. She wasn’t told the gun is jammed. Hero #4.

Cut to shooter positioning to take a shot at the woman hiding behind his vehicle.

Shooter aborts the idea of shooting the woman and runs off into the busy street to shoot more people.

Cut to woman fleeing with the pistol in her hand. Definitely a hero. She was the real reason the shooter fled the scene.

Audio: “The gunman fires at multiple vehicles at a red light striking three victims.

There are supposedly seven victims but only six are identified.

1. Austin “AJ” James—shot in the drive thru.

2. Steven Pixley—shot on his motorcycle at a red light.

3. Reinette Shultz—shot at the Tesla charging station.

4. Terry Dudley—shot at a red light.

5. Isabel Torres—shot at a red light.

6. Karla Diaz—shot at a red light.

7. Good Samaritan shot inside restaurant helping officer—unidentified.

   The victim who was inside the store helping the off duty police officer locate the shooter outside is the seventh victim who has never been named. Interesting that the off duty police officer inside the store isn’t named either.

Update August 11. The un-named off duty police officer has been named—Steve McClain. I think he should have remained un-named but maybe they wanted to extend the mystery awhile. In the article

"Although off-duty, Specialist McClain made the conscious decision to confront the threat in an effort to protect others," Gardiner said. "Faced with an active threat, he willingly put himself in harm's way to protect others. In doing so, he undoubtedly helped save lives."

Unidentified victim has to be number 2 or number 3. However both are heroes for helping out. Hero #5 and hero #6.

The young girl who picked up the shooters gun is Jaclyn Sanchez already mentioned as hero #4. And remember in my last report I was wondering why there was so many people in this event with Spanish last names? Stockton California has a huge chicano population and it appears Ashley Garibay is a chicano.

Cut to flock camera at South East Paring Lot with a time stamp reading 2:31:38PM showing gunman wondering aimlessly heading for a Tesla charging stations next to a bunch Freemason signs. Also notice the giant In-N-Out semi-trailer parked in their parking lot.

The 911 call supposedly came in at 2:29PM and we have an elapsed time of three and a half minutes. Another time discrepancy especially when you factor in the video has been severely edited.

Cut to Good Samaritan Jordan Salinas at the In-N-Out parking lot. “The shooter is then confronted by Jordan Salinas with a handgun.” Hero #7.

The Good Samaritan—Jordan Salinas who is famous by the time the police released this video timeline is Jordan Salinas. His tee-shirts went on sale the same day the shooting occurred.

The Good Samaritan claims that the gunman “lost his bravado” when bullets were fired at him and then he recovered his bravado and begin firing back at Jordan Salinas, the Good Samaritan who then had to duck for cover behind some bushes and never re-appear in this burger shoot up again. There is no video showing the gunman firing at Jordan Salinas.

Cut to shooter running towards the Tesla charging station.

A good wide open shot for marksmen hero Jordan Salinas but he doesn’t pursue the shooter.

Note the Rotary Club emblems on fence. The Rotary Club was charted in Twin Falls in 1918. The Freemasons where first chartered in 1906. Both had prominent businessmen, government officials, law-enforcement and community leaders that belonged to their organizations.

Take a good look at this photo taken by one of those prominent members.

From the video I can see a person inside this car at this time point.

However there is 19 seconds of missing video and just before the shooter shoots into the car the passenger is gone so there was nobody in the car when the gun was fired into the windshield.

“The gunman shoots the 8th victim in the first Tesla. He then shoots the 3rd deceased victim, Dale Shultz” and his passenger the 10th victim in the second Tesla.”

This is a good example why you shouldn’t ever let an AI write out a false flag shooting scenario and let it also do the audio.

Cut to the parking lot towards the visitor center.

Slow Saturday at the visitor center. I wonder if that charter bus brought in about 60 passengers from Stockton California who are staying at the Quality Inn.

He is seen by people inside who evacuate the store.

Cut to In-N-Out parking lot.

“The first officer arrives on the scene directed by the off duty ISP trooper who was earlier inside exchanging gunfire with the shooter—Steve McClain.”

Elapsed time almost 5 minutes.

Cut to Twin Falls Visitor Center security camera located at 2015 Neilsen Point Pl.

Confession: In this scrambled story I mistakenly said the shooter went into Dick’s Sporting Goods store in previous posts. I based it off the images shown in the media below and the interview with the Dick’s employee who said he came face to face with the shooter. I didn’t know a visitor store was stocked with tee-shirts and other items that might be found in a sporting goods store. That was an error.

Dick’s Sporting Goods is down the trail aways past Petco. The shooters was found hiding somewhere between the Twin Falls Visitor Center and Petco.

In an interview on CNN Braxton claims patrons ran in saying, “Active shooter, active shooter,” (Police talk) and the back door was locked so he convinced the manager to unlock it rather than just lock the front door. He helped the customers out and onto the trail and met the shooter. His story fits the scene perfectly when the shooter walks out onto the trail leaving The Visitor Center. If this is Braxton then they all walked towards the scene of the crime and not away from it. In the interview it sounds as if Braxton is making the story up as he is telling it.

Hero Braxton Stuebe was a known in this event on the first day. KMVT 11 News reported in their first article that they published on Aug. 1 at 2:10PM nineteen minutes before the 911 call that Dick’s Sporting Good “is getting cleared out” according to their reporter on scene. So why wasn’t Dick’s Sporting Goods or hero Braxton Stuebe mention in this released timeline a week after the event?

Continuing on:

“Three people inside the visitor center are unable to evacuate and shelter inside.” AI had already said they evacuated the store.

Cut to inside of Visitor Center showing people hiding.

Cut to another camera inside the visitor center showing shooter casually walking around looking for someone to shoot.

Cut to outside camera out back along the trail showing two people dressed in black, both wearing black jeans even though it is nearly 100 degrees outside.

These are two employees of the visitor center and one is Braxton Stuebe. The shooter engages Braxton who bravely engages with the gunman allowing others coming down the trail time to turn around and run for their life. Braxton Stuebe hero #8.

All of them on the trail are also wearing black pants.

“As they separate the gunman fires towards the employee,” while running away.

“He then runs up the path as officers approach.”

Cut to officers approaching.

While officers are searching the area they receive reports of a “second gunman.”

Cut to police body camera with time stamp. The end is near, thank God.

Two police officers go down the canyon while the body camera officer proceeds on the trail.

The body camera officer locates the gunman off the trail.

“HEY, SHOW ME YOUR HANDS.”

“As the officer challenges him the suspect dies from a self inflicted gunshot wound and falls into the canyon.”

THE END—AND THE GUNMAN DIED ON THE SCENE. Don’t forget that.

No video or audio indicating a gun went off, nor a body tumbling down the canyon. Too graphic perhaps.

Additional heroes that day. KMVT 11 News reporters who were on scene before the 911 call was placed—hero #10.

The un-identified employee who dragged Ashley Garibay’s body out to the sidewalk or parking lot to provide a safe place to start aid—#11.

Lane Koehn who left the safety of his car to rush and help provide aid to Ashley—#12.
