The scene is secure at 2:17PM. This mass casualty chaotic scene with a roaming shooter who goes missing for a while with bystanders shooting at him and all is calm and secure 12 minutes before the 911 call.
I was a volunteer firefighter back in the 90’s. We did active shooter training. With a roaming shooter it is going to take some time before the scene will be declared secure. They probably won’t even declare it secure until they have located the shooter and in this case he was found roaming around a store a quarter mile away. That’s a good three of four minute walk.
I also have a problem with the disappearing hero Jordan Salinas. He bravely steps up to confront the shooter, takes numerous shots at him, every shot is a miss and then Jordan disappears. He vanishes from this story and his only reappearance is on news interviews and on tee shirts. Were any of the tee-shirt designs created before 2:29PM on August 1, 2026?
And there are three different Jordans that the news media is showing. Two are AI and one is the real Jordan. On August 2 people were already flagging the cowboy-hat image as AI-generated. By August 4, commenters were explicitly saying the image was AI. With the media using this AI generated Jordan Salinas they’ve created a serious journalistic problem. AP and Reuters claim their current standards prohibit generative AI from creating, altering, or enhancing news photography so who created the AI Jordan and slipped it into the media?
The first image of Jordan Salinas on a tee-shirt was posted on August 1, 2026 the same day as the shooting. Title: Jordan Salinas I’m Your Huckleberry Shirt Salinas Clothes Gift for Husbands, priced at $29.95. Printed in the USA.
If the shooting took place at 2:29PM this means someone only had around 9+ hours to get the image, put it on a shirt and create a distribution location and post it on the internet.

A website called Wearandhaven.com created a Jordan Salinas shirt for sale and posted the link on an Instagram promoting the design for sale on August 5, 2026 but another product page actually says “Since August 3, 2026.
The strongest thing about this shirt is the wording. It explicitly calls it In-N-Out Burger Shooting Merch. When was this product created?
There’s a shirt on Etsy titled, “Jordan Salinas Hero Shirt” being sold by ThePkrCollectiveShop. Listed on August 4, 2026. Zero sales, and no reviews. The shop itself is described as new on Etsy.

As I researched this I started wondering if Jordan Salinas was into clothing merchandise. He sure dressed kind of fashionable for his media interviews even wearing a wool scarf event though it was almost 100 degrees outside.

techteeusa.com offering the exact same shirt for $5 less. Creation date not established from the website but I’m researching this on Aug 8 so before the 8th. They describe Jordan Salinas as an “athletic icon” and said they spent “weeks perfecting” the design. Location Cleveland Texas. Weeks would be way before August 1.
Shirts immediately made starting Aug 1.
And prior to the shooting Jordan Salinas was known on Youtube and other social media outlets as PovertyOperator. He won’t be in poverty for very long.
I found an interesting tag showing Jordan Salinas face and it has something to do with selling shoes.
“Profits from every pair sold through Sneaker Room.”
The date is August 2, 2026 one day after the shooting.
And then I found this.
Magicvalley.com hides behind a paywall.
A pop up merchandise store. We can assume it sells tee-shirts and shoes. And a fundraiser for the future hero just one week away at the In-N-Out restaurant. Another sloppy operation. Another money laundering operation.
Jordan said when bullets started firing back at Chad Williams Chad lost his bravado. The video shows when the bullets came back at him he jumped into the bushes and was never seen in the story again. He vanished. I found him walking down the street while the shooter calmly walked a quarter mile away to Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Why didn’t the hero follow Chad and take him out?
In a mass casualty shooting where a lot of shots are fired police put cones with numbers next to each shell casing because each casing acts as a piece of forensic data. Investigators meticulously mark every casing. Why didn’t the Twin Falls police department locate and mark the shell casings?
Jordan Salinas shot around 10 times and missed. Why weren’t those casings marked? And if you confront a shooter, a mass murderer and shoot at him 10 times at point blank range, miss with every shot, and then just walk away why are you a hero?
