January update.

In the beginning of last year my twin brother and I sought to build a multi-family investment company. 

We believe in starting small, so we purchased two single family homes. 

Good start, but not satisfied. 

Our 2021 goals are much BIGGER.

We are well on our way to acquire one 10-20 unit multi-family asset.

And we are bringing our friends along for the ride. 

We are looking for partners (hopefully, you) to put up capital, alongside us.

Here is a quick update on where we are at now… 

Currently underwriting multi-family deals, daily. 

My twin brother has been doing this for five years. 

He has experience in asset management, private equity, and debt structuring.

Our current target markets are Greater Seattle, Washington and Austin, Texas. 

It is not easy finding a good deal, so we are being patient.

Yield is getting harder to find. 

It will come and you will not want to miss it. 

Our website and investor portal is currently being designed and developed. 

We are building our advisory board of industry experts. 

We have some heavy hitters! 

Here is how it works…

We buy- we find, negotiate and purchase the deals.

You invest- as an investor, you become a partner in the real estate.

We manage- we manage and improve the value of the property and residents pay rent.

You get paid- we send you, the investor, recurring cash distributions.

We are excited and hope you are too.
