Hey all,
Keeping in touch after a big move has never been easy for me. I’ve shifted around the east coast so many times, mostly into the arms of familiar friends with a baked in community that has been patiently waiting. This time is a little different. It’s a bigger move, away from super accessible metro areas and lacking some of the flashier amenities for something a little quieter. It’s the right choice, but not without trade offs…the biggest being away from friends and family. Maybe this newsletter will help close the distance, even if just a bit. A little housekeeping in the meantime:

I’m finishing up a refresh of my website and getting my tintype business officially off the ground - reach out if you wanna sit for a portrait.
I’m living on my bicycle to learn this city before the snow sets in, if you got any recs for places or people to check out around Utica, NY send them my way.
I’m still getting around to NJ/Philly approx once a month. I won’t be a stranger and I wanna take a lot more portraits of y’all with my TLR. A fresh darkroom print and some quality time with yours truly awaits.
I think that’s a good start and end to this first correspondence. I’ll be in touch and see you soon…I can never stay away for too long.
