Congress is working on the spending bill for the Military. The Senate Armed Services Committee's version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) includes bad language that could endanger the Reconcilation Memorial's restoriation and also cause Jackson Circle to be renamed, which surrounds Section 16 that holds 300+ veteran and widow graves that the Memorial marked.

We must inoculate the Senate leadership NOT to include any Naming Commission related language in the 2027 NDAA.
