I gave an online (COVID lockdown) presentation to the Christchurch Python Meetup tonight that covered a host of new features that were added to Python in versions 3.8 and 3.9. While preparing for the presentation I was blown away by how quickly Python is evolving (and I didn't even get to the new pattern matching features coming in 3.10). The slides are available here .
