I still think about a little secret my mom and I kept from each other.

The death of my loved ones inspired me to prioritize love, happiness, and a life of no regrets.

Looking back, I only needed three words.

I spent more than a decade believing something that wasn’t true.

I spent years wondering why I felt anxious in social situations. Then I realized what was actually happening.

Somewhere along the way, time with family stopped feeling routine and began feeling precious.

Proximity used to build friendship... but now effort does.

When routines no longer overlap, distance fills the gap.

Jack and I went from inseparable to strangers without a single goodbye.

Everyone assumed I was fine. I didn’t know how to say otherwise.
