The next 'What next'?

A month ago I shared an update about Medley’s transition…

… in which I spoke, rather sanguine, about the domains of Gathering and Place in which I see possibilities for third places such as Medley.

I also spoke, rather matter-of-fact, about the probability of Medley Foundation gGmbH, the non-profit, continuing in our spiritual, beautiful, and expensive home at the Pfefferberg.

The cards are now dealt. Unfortunately, I haven’t managed to secure funding to continue in this space. I started processes to wind down operations in April. Until we're out, the Fellows Masha, Loz, Baja, Tiff and Christina (/fellows info page coming soon) are making use of the space and setting our pro-bono programming. (Check our Telegram for upcoming events.)

What next for the Foundation, for Gathering and Place? TBC.

For now, my focus is the decent and orderly-as-can-be closing of this space. In time, I hope to give time to publishing more of what we sparked, supported, and shared here.
