Dear friends and readers,
Now we’re really picking up pace. Another one of my poems has been published, this time in The Disappointed Housewife.
“Vacation ◦ by the Pool • Three Variations” is a rather experimental piece heavily inspired by Julio Cortázar’s novel Rayuela (English title: Hopscotch).
The Disappointed Housewife is a literary journal edited by Kevin Brennan. He describes it as “a place for ‘high risk’ writing, fresh, creative, experimental, idiosyncratic, idiomatic, iconoclastic writing,” and I love that. There are many amazing pieces on there already, so please make sure to give them a read.
Thanks for reading and until next time. 👋🏻
Take care,
Max
… and if you want to spend me a coffee to support my writing, that’s always greatly appreciated. ☕
