Our annual Resonant Man Soulstice retreat is very close now, and we have a few spots left for men who’d like to join the fantastic group of about 20 of us that will be gathering at Pitchcott Farm next weekend. This will be a unique opportunity to experience the spirit of the Resonant Man, where we support each other to cultivate our capacity to speak from the heart, listen more deeply, and reconnect with who we are at our core.
At the same time, Soulstice is also a place to forget devices, immerse yourself in nature, try new things, and allow the kind of laughter, sense of adventure and camaraderie that naturally arise when men intentionally co-create a culture of brotherhood, spontaneity and ease together.
This can be a deeply healing experience. Even more importantly, it’s guaranteed to be a lot of fun.
Jacob Kishere and myself will be leading the retreat with the support of a wonderful line-up of facilitators and contributors, including Jordan Bates, Mahon McCann, Alan Friday and Stephen Winter, with incredible music from Quetzal, a musician and sound healer visiting from Mexico.
We also recognise that it’s often the conversations and moments of resonance that occur in the in-between spaces — around the fire, preparing meals, collecting water — that can have the most profound impact.
The invitation is for you to engage with the programme at your own pace, and savour the opportunity to ground yourself in the breathtaking surroundings of the farm, which owner Tony Langford is transforming into a hub for community, amazing food and reconnection with the land.
Some of the participants have been attending our weekly men’s circles at the Resonant Man for well over a year. Others are entirely new to our work. Whether this is the first time you’re encountering the Resonant Man, or you’re a seasoned men’s work veteran, you would be very welcome to join us.

When: Retreat starts at 15:00 UK time on Friday, June 19 and closes at 16:00 on Sunday June 21.
Where: Pitchcott Hill Farm, Pitchcott, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP22 4HT.
Cost: £325, including camping spot and meals throughout. (We need to cover costs but do not want the ticket price to be an obstacle to committed men attending. Message me if you want to discuss further). You can buy a ticket here.
Accommodation: Please bring your own tent or camper van. If you don’t have a tent but wish to attend, drop me a line as we may be able to arrange a spot in one of the two-man bell tents at the farm.
