I've always felt something is missing when I look at the weather forecast. Even my own creations of MatService and Skywatch... they are just numbers and dials - not experiences. So I'm experimenting on what it will feel like to look at the weather, not just see the values and numbers.
This was all about working out the times around the world for family and friends to get in contact with each other. It's the precursor site to my other creation SkyWatch, which is more of a weather forecast / time / world clock which gives you a view of different conditions wherever your friends are.
I read this blog post from Joel this morning about setting up a new phone. I totally agree that this is a massive issue in this day and age. I found it hard myself as a total tech incumbent, let alone a parent or a younger user who has no idea what any of it means...
