of course, 99% of mail servers just ignore DANE completely, so I didn't even notice that at all until now where someone asked me off-channel why I didn't respond to an email. WONDERFUL.

at some point, stalwart decided to get a new cert from letsencrypt instead of just renewing it (no idea why, or when), and that broke DANE and caused me missed email. I already only use 3 1 1 pinning, but of course, that isn't helping if the entire cert changes. lovely. wonderful. great. awesome. I hate technology.
