My year 2023 in review

It’s been an eventful year: my wife and I had a baby, I got a new job (faculty in Cambridge), my industrial collaborations with Automerge and Bluesky have been very successful, local-first software is catching on, I’ve made some progress with the second edition of my book, I organised events and gave talks, and I have published a couple of new research papers.
