The series is fictional, but the situations, tensions, and questions will be familiar to anyone who has worked in a school.

Across fourteen short episodes, Willow Ridge follows the everyday life of a primary school as its staff navigate change, uncertainty, professional identity, and the challenge of working well together.

Each episode includes:
