It’s been a cooler and wetter June this year, although we and the data centers can always do with more water, I suppose.
A few less quakes would also be appreciated.
I didn’t buy this bacon egg riceball.

And here are this month’s highlights:
Enjoyed “Life of Chuck”, Mike Flanagan’s movie take on the Stephen King novella. The Japanese title is サンキュー、チャック (san kyuu, Chuck) which I only realized today is a clever play on thank you and 3 9. Watch the movie and you’ll see it everywhere!
Avoided World Cup enshittification (aka hydration breaks) by only catching the highlights of games I was interested in.
Sorry, I know I’m late, but just discovered the incredible Hindley Street Cover Band. Supertramp’s my favourite act and these guys just blew “Take the Long Way Home” out of the stadium and across the Pacific!
Well, that’s all I got for the next two months.
