Time is passing quickly. Seven weeks ago we had our third meeting, right now we’re already on the next meetup. With the summer holidays in between it looks like just some days have passed.
I have to admit I wasn’t fully dedicated to this photo project in the last weeks. I haven’t photographed not much at all. Mainly because of other activities and the heatwaves we were facing didn’t contribute at all to the need to go out photographing. My airconditioning was my savior.
Anyway, I had some photos to share and get comments on. Not sure if they will end up in the final selection, but some of them I really like, and based on the comments I received, some are quite ok.
For this session I showed photos taken in the two area’s within the blue circle.
I played with reflections a lot. Notice the difference in the first three photos. They were all taken within hours at the same lake.

Some sandbanks adding a nice detail to the scene
I was drawn to the straight human-made pole and the curly reflections in the water.
Ripples, ripples
The fields with vegetation that has or has not (yet) been mown create an attractive interplay of surfaces
Some light leaks in the forest
All in all, you could say that, halfway through the project, I’m still searching.
See you next week.
