I've run my own music company for nearly 12 years - and we acquired charity status in 2020.
For a long time, I’ve wanted to share this journey in a way that helps others. Especially those who are unsure how to build a creative career, or have ideas they don’t quite know how to bring to life.
Over the past decade, I’ve:
Experienced a tonne of imposter syndrome (and still battle that regularly)
Turned my interests into income (without losing the love for my creative outlets)
Refined many business ideas, to ensure there greatest success
Built multiple income streams that suit the lifestyle I want
Learnt how to hire and manage a team of staff
Discovered what my strengths and weaknesses are - and when it’s necessary to outsource (this has saved me so much time, money and drain on my mental health)
Learnt from my mistakes and found better ways to manage my time, energy and wellbeing
