Daemi

What it is

daemi is a cute terminal pet. She’s a small ASCII bunny that lives in a shell. I run her with CMUX in a corner of my display while I work.

How she behaves

She has idle animations when nothing is happening, then reacts to what I’m typing in the terminal. Keep working and she stays awake. Sit idle long enough and she gets sleepy. She also levels up over time.

The UI stays a few lines tall and collapses further on small panes so she stays out of the way.

Status

Still rough. I tinker with her between main projects. Maybe a shop with cosmetics later, and maybe open source eventually. For now she’s just in the corner while I work.
