A Mandala of Healing and Light

I've been doing a fair bit energetic work and love to support my body this week after a small surgery.

I've been working with rose quartz for healing baths in the light codes (taught by Krista here), as well as consciously raising my frequency through my body or in a specific area to knit it with light. Also, I've been resting. Listen to your doctor if they say to rest and don't let anyone tell you that to rest isn't to heal because it is powerfully so.

When I sat down to draw yesterday, I asked myself what would healing look like as a mandala, how could that translate it? This is what transpired…

Healing looks a lot like light: beams or dots of light. Channels lighting up as the energy moves and swirls in, or is directed into the body. Pathways that were dark or dormant, similar to a room without a light turned on, turn on and brighten when you're sending healing and love to/into the body. I wanted to encapsulate that for this mandala.

After I'd drawn the mandala which really felt like it carried a loving energy, I really wanted to capture that light that I envisioned using a few luminous pens. This is what I felt really brought the healing energy to light in the mandala.

If a little healing is what you need today, focus on the mandala, let the energy grow and surround you, then soak it into your body and direct it where you want it to go, or spread throughout the body.
