My 10-Year Life Plan

As you’re reading this, I’m still somewhere in the middle of our crazy travel schedule, so I wrote this one before we left. Because let’s be real, there was no chance I was thoughtfully writing a newsletter in the middle of all of this.

This one actually feels even more personal than usual. It’s one of the posts I’ve had in mind since starting this platform.

I know I share a LOT of my life online. You guys see my house, my relationship, my outfits, my routines, my dogs, what I buy, where we’re going...basically everything lol.

There’s something that feels much more vulnerable about sharing what I want my life to look like in 10 years.

Because these aren’t just goals like “buy a house” or “start a business.” It’s my relationship with Juan. Marriage. Whether we want kids. Where we want to raise them. The kind of mom I hope to be. What I want my career to look like when my life looks completely different than it does today.

And if you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you probably know there are a few questions about this part of my life that I get A LOT, which I understand!

Some of them I’ve answered here and there, but I’ve never really sat down and shared the full picture of what Juan and I are building toward and why we’ve made some of the decisions we have.

It almost feels a little scary to put it in writing because life can change so much in 10 years. At the same time, I think it will be really special to have this little time capsule to come back to one day.

So for my paid girls, I’m sharing the whole thing. The marriage question, babies (!!), why we’re waiting, where we see ourselves raising a family, what I hope my career looks like, a dream Juan and I have talked about doing together, and the things I hope never change between us no matter how much our life changes. God willing!

Okay. Deep breath lol. Here’s where I hope we are in 10 years.
