NOTE: I need your help. Read your way to (or scroll…) to the bottom for details re: a mission that could alter the fate of The Three Planes forever!
At the time of this writing, only 48 hours remain for the THREE PLANES #1 campaign [link]. Stretch goal #3 has just been unlocked.
We’re currently staring down some seriously rad additions to make the print editions of the book even. better. Case in point: if you secured your copy of the Deluxe Edition of the comic via the Kickstarter campaign, it will now be even MORE deluxe (at no extra charge!). This edition of the book, featuring additional making-of content will now feature a wonderfully tactile card stock cover. Snazzy, I know. But if we hit goals #5 and #6....
Note: goal #7 is a page from the book, if we hit this goal ALL physical backers will receive a 5x7 card stock print featuring this most-villianous page from 3P1.
DOL works digitally (no AI / generative imagery!). But the page featured on this print seen in Goal #7 is one exception (as are the original art options form this campaign - all ink on paper). In honor of the INKY GODS, this print will be black and white, to best feature DOL’s vicious inks on this page:
I hope that you’ll consider securing a copy of Three Planes #1 for yourself. At this stage, all additional sales we make are to fund the creation of issues #2 and beyond. We have the grandest of plans…
Oh, btw: ‘In-Betweeners’ = those who have already packed their bags for this sojourn into The Realm In-Between featured in 3P1. If you are already a backer (or if you like what you see and money is too tight at the moment or whatever the case might be, that’s also totally okay!), whichever the case might be, if you’ve willingly read this far: we have that most excellent mission for you!
The only extra credit we throw on the table, should you take on this mission, is to help share the word and to get this campaign into more eyeballs, and thus the book into more hands. Towards that effort, here are a bunch of images you are 100% free to use if you’d like to share any on socials. If not, that’s 100% A-Okay always. But here is the campaign page which can be thrown around like candy, and here are some peeks into the kaleidoscope you are free to share (as is ANY imagery we’ve shared publicly here on Substack or elsewhere on socials!):
Time keeps on slippin’ slippin’....
Best,
John (& DOL!) have been
