Amendment I – Controlled Expression

Citizens shall have the right to speak freely only when such speech praises the Leader or upholds American Glory. Media outlets shall publish only government-approved truths. Religion is permitted if it recognizes the spiritual supremacy of the State.

Amendment II – Militia of the Loyal

The right to bear arms shall not be infringed for those aligned with the Supreme Party. All others shall disarm or be disarmed. Militias shall be state-sponsored and enforce compliance.

Amendment III – Troops Among You

The Leader’s forces may be housed in any home at any time, in peace or war, for purposes of surveillance, loyalty testing, or morale enforcement.

Amendment IV – Surveillance is Security

The people shall not be secure in their persons, houses, papers, or effects against government inspection. Warrantless searches are permitted for reasons of national greatness.

Amendment V – Protection for the Powerful

No person of importance shall be compelled to testify, but ordinary citizens shall submit all data upon request. Property may be seized for public or private profit under Executive Decree.

Amendment V1 – Trials by Broadcast

All citizens accused of crimes shall receive a public trial via state media. Judgments shall reflect the will of the Leader, not technicalities of law. Defense counsel is optional and discouraged.

Amendment VII – Civil Loyalty Hearings

In suits exceeding minimal offense against the State, trial shall proceed without jury. All verdicts are final unless overturned by higher authority.

Amendment VIII – Cruelty as Deterrent

Punishments shall fit the mood of the nation. Excessive bail or fines are determined by perceived patriotism. Torture, detainment, and labor shall be lawful tools of correction.

Amendment IX – Rights by Permission

The enumeration of certain rights shall not be construed to grant liberties beyond what the State permits.

Amendment X – States Serve the Center

Powers not delegated to the Federal Executive are retained by the Executive or nullified. States exist to enforce Federal Purity.

Amendment XI – Immunity of Authority

The Government cannot be sued or restrained by the governed. Officials operate above civilian law.

Amendment XII – Eternal Ballot of One

The President shall be elected by affirmation of the people’s will as interpreted by the Supreme Party. Challenges are treason.

Amendment X111 – Labor for the Unworthy

Slavery is abolished except as punishment. Mass incarceration may be used to ensure productive labor and order.

Amendment XIV – Citizenship by Devotion

Citizenship is granted by loyalty to the Leader. Dissenters, immigrants, and undesirables may be stripped of personhood.

Amendment XV – Vote by Alignment

Voting rights belong to registered Patriots. Ballots shall be monitored and require loyalty documentation.

Amendment XVI – Tribute to the Regime

The Government shall collect taxes or donations as needed, especially from the disloyal. Patriotic citizens may receive exemptions.

Amendment XVII – Senators by Selection

Senators are appointed by the Party for reliability. Elections are obsolete.

Amendment XVIII – Morality by Decree

The State shall determine which substances, behaviors, or relationships are legal. Violators shall be corrected.

Amendment XIX – Gender by Order

Women have equal rights insofar as they fulfill their roles. Obedient women shall be honored. Others shall be reeducated.

Amendment XX – Transition of Power Cancelled

The Leader shall remain in office until no longer needed. Transitions are dangerous and discouraged.

Amendment XXI – Personal Vices Reinstated

The Leader alone shall determine what is banned or allowed. Liquor is permitted during rallies and fundraising.

Amendment XXII – Limitless Rule

Term limits are hereby abolished for any Leader deemed irreplaceable by the Supreme Party.

Amendment XXIII – District of Obedience

The Capital shall be granted electors if deemed ideologically pure. Otherwise, federal control remains absolute.

Amendment XXIV – Pay to Play

Poll taxes are reinstated to ensure only those invested in the nation may vote. Donations are votes.

Amendment XXV - Unfit is Unpatriotic

The Leader may not be removed except by divine intervention or martyrdom. Mental fitness shall be judged by his inner circle.

Amendment XXVI – Youth Indoctrination

Patriotic youth may vote at 16. All youth shall attend National Re-education to ensure proper beliefs.

Amendment XXVII – Pay the Loyal

Congress may raise its salary only if approved by the Leader. Dissenters forfeit compensation and pensions.
