Today, I experimented in the kitchen with the sous vide circulator to make edible cookie dough! I have always been a fan of homemade cookie dough, but the fear of consuming raw eggs always held me back. Considering ourselves lucky. Hurricane Ian feels like it’s pretty much past us now. Currently without power and had a small leak above one of our windows when the rain was being blown into the window but otherwise we are safe and secure!
