Break Free With Me (Mac) · Mac’s Musings

Talbus was a tricky little tickler of toes

He was a sneaky little seeker

Finding those grippy wibblers with his sticky nose

Talbus was a greedy greet

Looking for the walkers that spoke to his nature

Eyeing the passing feet that he was planning to knead

The Tickler was a sneaky bloke

Creating skits to distract

For a glancing poke

Big toes

Little pinkies

Not shying away, even if they were stinky

He tickled away when his chance came

Ignoring the horror

Of his ghastly play

He wriggled

He tricked

He slithered

He pricked

Flip-floppers made a leap

Toe shoe hikers climbed ahead

Barefoot babes ran and screamed

When Talbus emerged, the shadows sighed

And as he creeped

The bright sun cried

“The nerve of this guy”, they sighed!

Thought his victims when he latched

Only to watch in horror and hope to die

He’d orate to his food

As he tickled away

This sport of torture was how he fed his mood

This rude jockey strumming toes

Talbus The Tickler

A fiddler of unfortunate woe!

If you enjoyed this poem, you might also enjoy my previous mischievous and petty tale…

The world is getting stranger and it helps to have a place to make sense of it.

Here you’ll find absurdity, satire, dystopian reflections, and whatever thoughts manage their way into my brain and want to get out.

Some of it will make you laugh.

Some of it might make you think twice.

All of it is part of the same thing really.

Trying to understand the world by stepping just outside of it and more inside of my head.

Come muse with me.
