I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to discover Wear the Peace — turns out they’ve been doing this work for eight years already. Eight years of turning everyday clothing into something with actual purpose behind it, giving back to humanitarian causes with every single piece sold.

This is one of those small, doable things. We can’t all get on a plane or sit at a negotiating table, but we can choose what we put on our bodies every day — and choose things that actually say something about who we are and what we stand for. It’s not everything. But it’s the minimum we can do, and minimums add up when enough of us do them.
