Pranic Healing: energy work, in practice

I mentioned earlier that peace and dignity get built one practical act at a time — a translated document, a patient who feels heard. Pranic Healing is one place where that belief shows up in its most literal form: hands-off, energy-based healing meant to support the whole person, not just one symptom.

I trained under Grand Master Choa Kok Sui’s teachings — he’s the modern founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga — and I’ve been practicing it for a while now, alongside everything else I do in healthcare, education and advocacy. It’s not separate from that work, honestly. It’s the same instinct: help a person move toward wholeness, whatever “whole” means for them that week.

What Pranic healing actually is

Pranic Healing works with the body’s energy field to support physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual well-being — not as a replacement for medical care, but alongside it. A typical first session runs about an hour and fifteen minutes, and it starts by mapping where a person needs support across every level: body, mind, relationships, finances.

And for that, I want to offer you and your loved ones my services with:

  • Generational healing — working with ancestral patterns that show up in present-day relationships and life circumstances

  • English classes for healers — practical, conversational English for practitioners who want to join international retreats, advanced trainings, or spiritual travel

  • Weekly Two Hearts Meditation — a group practice started in 2020, with simultaneous translation to Portuguese, so language is never the barrier to sitting together

Why I’m bringing this here

This Substack is about peace and dignity in practice — and I didn’t want to leave out the piece of my work that’s most literally about that. If you’re curious, I’m always happy to talk more, whether or not you ever book a session.

-In kindness, Macela
