Grand Rising Quester.

Five days in. Something is different now — I suspect you can feel it. Not dramatic. Just a small, steady sense that you are building something real. I am so proud of you.

Today we take inventory. And I want to re-frame what that word means before we begin.

Inventory isn’t a list of what’s missing. It’s a map of what’s already yours.

The Base Quest:

Brew your tea. Get comfortable.

Today you’re creating a whole-home, whole-life inventory of what you have — with an eye toward resilience and sufficiency. Walk through your spaces (physically or in your memory) and take note across these categories:

  • Tools and practical supplies — hand tools, flashlights, batteries, candles, basic first aid

  • Communication and information — do you have a written list of important phone numbers somewhere other than your phone?

  • Water and sanitation — even a basic awareness of what you have and what you’d need

  • Medications, supplements, and herbal remedies — what’s stocked, what’s almost out

  • Community and relationships — who lives nearby that you trust? Who would you check on?

This isn’t meant to be exhaustive in one sitting. It’s meant to give you a working picture. Write down what you notice. Note one gap you’d like to address — just one — and set it aside for now.

At the end of this inventory, look at the full list. Read it back to yourself. Notice: you already have more than you thought.

The first step toward abundance is seeing what’s already there.

The full 4-week Resiliency Quest includes a comprehensive digital inventory template — one that covers your full household and includes herbal remedy tracking. It’s one of the most-loved tools from past participants. You’ll hear all about what’s included in Day 7.

Today I’m pairing the inventory work with our Digestive Wellness Elixir ($28).

There’s a reason gut health is at the center of resilience traditions worldwide. A settled gut is a settled mind. When we’re taking stock and holding a lot of awareness at once, the body can feel it. This elixir supports that — gently, steadily, without interference.

It’s also one of our best sellers, which tells me people know they need it.

Tigger always knows what’s nearby and what lies just beyond. Today, so do you.

One more thing: the finish line of this quest is closer than you think. And at the end of it, something special is waiting.

On Day 7 — our final morning together — there’s a live Zoom session where you’ll be able to bring whatever came up this week and work through it with me directly. Mark the calendar. More details coming tomorrow and in the final email.

See you in the morning for Day 6: Gear Gathering Quest — where we pull the practical threads together.

With love and roots, Lyra
