100 Ancestral Teachings

I wanted to share a brief update from within the Decolonise Your Life body of work.

100 Ancestral Teachings - PRESENCE; is now complete and available. This book forms the first part of the Ancestral Wisdom Series and centres on the practice of presence — returning gently to the here and now, and listening to the quieter forms of ancestral guidance that move through everyday life.

The book is offered as a reflective companion and can be used personally or within community, therapeutic, or group spaces. It has been shaped slowly, with care, and is shared without urgency.

Further updates on other works, including Legacy: The Little Ancestor children’s books, will follow in time.
