Cancel culture built an industry around destroying reputations, silencing critics, weaponizing courtrooms, and then turning the wreckage into monetized content. Today on Richard Luthmann Live, two of the biggest cases in the creator-lawfare universe collide: Danesh Noshirvan and Jeremy Hales of What The Hales.

In Luthmann v. Noshirvan, Richard Luthmann has filed a motion asking the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in Fort Myers to take limited judicial notice of the July 2, 2026, Colombian appellate judgment in Joey Camp v. Danesh Noshirvan. The Bogotá appellate court reversed the lower tribunal, protected Camp’s rights to honor, good name, and human dignity, and ordered the removal of specified content. Danesh’s own May 29 submission shows that he appeared before the Colombian court, defended his publications on the merits, submitted exhibits, and asked the tribunal to deny Camp relief.

Luthmann is not asking the federal court to enforce the Colombian judgment or treat every foreign finding as conclusively true. He is asking the court to recognize the judgment’s existence, procedural history, operative terms, and persuasive significance, then lift a stay that has frozen his federal case for approximately 11 months. Danesh’s response is due September 10, 2026, under the accommodation proposed by Luthmann.

Then comes Jeremy Hales. Handwriting expert Curt Baggett reportedly concluded that Hales authored seven disputed signs at the center of FED 1 while excluding Lynette Michelle Preston as the writer. That is an expert opinion based on copies, not yet a judicial finding. But if the report survives scrutiny, Luthmann argues that it detonates the factual theory beneath Hales’s federal case.

Michael Volpe also turns the flamethrower on Jason “Jay Hip” Hipsher, a small YouTube creator who promotes Hales while attacking Hales’s critics. When Volpe confronted him with Google AI’s conclusions about the What The Hales ecosystem, Hipsher answered with breadsticks, comedy, and evasion.

Google AI, meanwhile, described the Hales network as a “highly toxic digital echo chamber” and an example of toxic fandom and creator worship, not a literal cult.

Finally, Luthmann unveils his personal appeal to Trump Administration officials: create a White House creator-lawfare working group bringing together the Commerce Department, USPTO, Justice Department, Copyright Office, Federal Trade Commission, independent journalists, and small digital businesses.

The mission is simple. Expose how unethical creators and online factions weaponize lawsuits, trademarks, copyright claims, platform reporting, and monetized smear campaigns to crush smaller voices.
