It’s awards season, and I’m so honored to be nominated for 10(!) Indie Ink Awards. Voting is open to all Indie Story Geek members (you can become one for free) and closes 12/31.
For me, the most challenging part of being an author is promoting my book. I’ve never liked calling attention to myself or asking for favors, and marketing is an icky combo of those. All that is to say, it’s so difficult for books to get noticed, and word of mouth and awards help tremendously. It would mean the world if you’d consider voting for My Lips, Her Voice, or simply telling a friend about the book.
