I keep seeing the question “How does your heart feel?” and as this week can be the toughest of the month for some, I thought it might be good to start the week exploring this question in your journal.
Yesterday was the first new moon of 2023 so not only is it a good time to check in with your heart (if you don’t already do so regularly), I thought it was a good opportunity for an initial new year check-in.
If you have set intentions for 2023, this is a moment for you to reflect on how you’ve started the year.
And if you haven’t set any intentions as yet, now is your chance, if, of course, you feel inclined to do so.
