In case you’re confused…
This would typically be a video masterclass, but I’m experimenting with a more written content this month because the data suggests most of you are more likely to consume articles.
That being said, I love teaching you all on video too much to stop so I those aren’t going anywhere!! Depending on how this goes, we may simply start alternating between video masterclasses and written deep-dives on Sundays.
In case I haven’t said it lately…thank you so much for being part of this community. It brings me SO much joy to create for you each week and I’d love to hear how I can continue supporting you on your Human Design journey and beyond.
Last week, I shared how to use your Human Design chart to help you prepare for your trip in a way your future self will thank you for.
This week, we’re talking about something that often doesn’t get the attention it deserves: the travel day itself.
Most of us treat travel days as something to endure. A necessary hurdle standing between us and the vacation.
But what if the journey itself was actually a crucial part of the experience…?
Travel days place more demands on your nervous system than almost any ordinary day.
Early alarms. Traffic. Security lines. Delayed flights. Overstimulated kids. Overwhelmed parents. Missed connections. Unfamiliar languages. A never-ending stream of urgent decisions.
You could see all of that as a problem to “survive”..OR you could see it as an opportunity to put everything you’ve been learning about your design into practice.
The goal isn’t to create the perfect travel day. (But let me know if you figure that one out…!) The goal is to support your body so that it can move through the inevitable uncertainty with a little more ease, presence, and trust.
In this article, I’m going to walk you through three specific chart elements to experiment with enroute to your next destination:
Undefined centers — the centers in your chart that are white.
Your digestion type — the way your body is designed to turn food into energetic fuel most efficiently.
Your environment type — the setting that allows your body to feel most at ease and attuned to its inner guidance system.
In case you’re new here…you will find all of these elements in your free chart, which can be generated HERE.
