Hey there. It’s been a busy couple of weeks here.
I’ve been working on ACEOs and mini ACEOs. They’re on my web site, and also on Insta and TikTok. I’m hoping to add an article or video about my change of heart on ACEOs somewhere in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
Speaking of my web site, I had to do some revisions on it this week. Removed the “no new work” sign on the front page, and added an explanation about the missing years in my “by year” menu. And I’m slowly going through and updating my other sites as well. Ten Two Studios now has a “coming soon” message on the front page. Hmm…
I’d hoped to add articles about ATCs, ACEOs, and MACEOs to Mixed Media Club, but I got distracted with test driving Photopea, a free online image tool so similar to Photoshop, I was right at home. Since I’m no longer using my ancient desktop computer with Photoshop installed on it, Photopea is a welcome discovery. I like it a lot.
Anyway, look for those articles to arrive shortly, as well.
Elsewhere, I enjoyed arty robots from Brian Marshall at Adoptabot, Matt Dixon, and Robin Davis Studio. (This breaks my longstanding rule that I only link to woman and femme presenting artists. I intend to continue that in the future.)
