Hello Anon,

Welcome to another post by yours truly, Pasta. Today we will discuss some essentials outside of crypto that will help you to be successful. In this game we call crypto, you need to understand its just a series of decisions.

We make thousands and thousands of decisions every day and our subconscious habits lend to our performance. We need to master ourselves in order to make the most informed and accurate decision.

Today we will discuss the following:

  1. Gladiator in the Arena

  2. My Routine

  3. Why its important

  4. How you can apply this

What does this mean, and why is it important?

Well in this game you need to visualize yourself as a gladiator in the colosseum. In the arena we are responsible for ourselves, we make decisions every second that can lend to our survival or death. It’s important to understand there are other gladiators that give 0 FUCKS about us. If they could take every penny and leave us homeless they would. These are the people we play against.

Another good way to look at this is you’re the hero in your own movie. Ask yourself, if you were looking at your life from the outside and you were the main star in an action hero movie, what would you be doing? I can assure you smoking weed, masturbating and having a shit diet is not something a hero would do. Joe Rogan breaks it down in the clip below.

So why is this important? Well you need to understand yourself. Your routine day in an day out will influence how well you can make decisions. All of the hyper successful people look at there life this way. Understand that the things you do on a daily basis lend to your habits which affect your output.

So what are some characteristics of winning/losing gladiators?

Winning Gladiators (WINNERS)

  1. Never make excuses

  2. Take personal responsibility

  3. Quick to adapt/adjust

  4. Never a victim

  5. Never blames others

  6. Controlled and calculated

Losing Gladiators (LOSERS)

  1. Blame others

  2. Nothing ever their fault

  3. Feel entitled without work

  4. Hates the process

  5. Only wants end results

  6. Cries very loud

***IMPORTANT***

IF YOU HAVE PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE THAT ARE LOSERS YOU NEED TO CUT THEM OUT NOW AND SURROUND YOURSELF WITH WINNERS

So what is my routine and why is it important?

Before we get into that its important to understand ourselves. I grew up playing sports, I was successful at them and it brought me a lot of joy. I played hockey, basketball, baseball, and football often playing in all leagues at the same time.

I remember one year I was in Little League and Bronco and NJB. I played 7 baseball games and 2 basketball games in the span of 5 days. I’m not saying this to brag about OH LOOK HOW ATHLETIC I AM. I am bringing this up because I loved every minute of it.

Now you may hate sports that’s totally fine. But I bet there was something in your life as a child that you did similar to me playing sports. Maybe you loved chess, played guitar, excelled at video games. Whatever it is you need to understand what that thing is before developing your routine.

So why are these important?

Every hyper successful person in life has routines. Its extremely easy to see in sports so we will use that example for now. I myself was a very successful sales person. I had a pre call, during call, and post call routine. I would live and die by this and it lead me to great success.

So what’s the sports routine? Well take a look at the clip below.

Before he plays a match he goes through this routine. He vets himself, checks his game, builds confidence. All of this leads to him having a stronger belief in himself which allows him to make informed decisions while golfing.

CRYPTO IS THE SAME WAY

My Routine

So we understand that routines are important, and we also understand we have to tailor our routine to ourselves. So what’s my routine?

  1. Wake up around 6:45/7:15 AM make a cup of coffee

  2. Drink coffee and check Twitter/Telegram

  3. Dump all my thoughts into tweets

  4. The moment my mind is empty prepare for gym

  5. Take preworkout, get gym bag ready

  6. Get to gym run 1-2 miles

  7. Lift a body part for 45M-1H

  8. Take cold shower

  9. Drink 24 oz of water with liquid IV

  10. Sauna session until I have to get out

  11. Cold shower to finish

  12. Come home and do 30 minutes outside in sun, shirtless, barefoot, while standing in grass

  13. Get on computer and look at crypto

I do this routine every day 6 days a week no excuses no exceptions. If I am contemplating making a big decision I will do this routine before purchasing or trading.

Now I am an active person so this works for me. I feel like once I have worked out my body is empty and I can clearly understand the difference between NOISE (fear, anxiety, excitement) and CONSCIOUSNESS (my inner voice). Every decision I make is my inner voice guiding me. That’s it, its that simple.

We need to become the best version of ourselves if we want to be successful. Our routines and habits sway our subconscious which also affects our decision making. Everything from food, sleep, sex life, and water are important inputs into our body. We must guard these with the utmost of security if we want to have an informed consciousness.

Below are some other informative podcasts/resources for important inputs stated above.
