Pulse is a Brunner Creative-operated reminder tool that can send low-volume SMS reminders configured by the recipient or account owner.

How SMS Opt-In Works

Pulse SMS reminders are enabled only when a person intentionally configures Pulse for their own reminders or asks Brunner Creative to configure Pulse reminders for a phone number they control.

Reviewers can view the opt-in screen here: Pulse SMS opt-in flow screenshot.

Before SMS reminders are enabled, the recipient is told that:

  • messages are recurring operational reminder texts from Brunner Creative Pulse;
  • message frequency varies based on the reminders configured;
  • message and data rates may apply;
  • they can reply STOP to opt out;
  • they can reply HELP for help;
  • SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services;
  • SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Pulse is not used for marketing or promotional SMS.

What Messages Say

Pulse messages are short operational reminders, such as:

Pulse reminder: Your recurring reminder is due now. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Pulse reminder: Your weekly reminder is due now. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Opt-Out And Help

Reply STOP to opt out of Pulse SMS reminders. Reply HELP for help.
