My upper back has been killing me this postpartum. Between feeding, holding little Hayes, and everything that comes with newborn life... I definitely feel it. 😂
This time around, I’ve been doing a lot of stretching and slowly adding movement back in whenever it feels good. Moving my body has been just as important for my mind as it has been for my body. Postpartum is HARD. Some days I honestly think it’s harder than being pregnant. Anyone else?
I know everyone’s postpartum journey looks SO different, so please listen to your own body. I’m certified in pre and postnatal fitness and these are movements specifically meant for postpartum, but that doesn’t mean you need to be doing them right now. If you’re not there yet, you’re not there yet! Save this and come back when you are.
