Hi frenz,
We’re throwing a party!
To celebrate the launch of A Rider’s Guide to Dragon Rearing, we’re throwing a party at my friend Jennifer’s store in Sisters, Oregon. If you happen to be in the local area on Friday, come see me! I’ll have books, snacks, and some giveaways.
If you’re local and on Facebook, you can click the image above and RSVP to the event. Just so I know how many cupcakes to bring.
It’s been a busy week. Along with watching the bestseller lists like a hawk, I’ve been writing. I got about 10,000 more words done on the fourth Safe Haven book. I’m well past the middle now, and we’ve had some surprising turns! It turns out some people won’t talk about their past… and some can’t.
Dave the Support Husband has been playing with his 3D printer—we’ve now got a whole family of dragons and this week he’s testing out clicky toys. I’ll tell you more if they work out. There are so many cute patterns out there!
It was quilt show week here in Sisters. I’ve mentioned it before—our town is home to the world’s largest outdoor quilt show. They hang over a thousand quilts in less than 2 hours on Saturday morning, then take them all down again at 4pm. In past years we’ve helped with both activities, but this year we had another commitment. We did go into town to check it out. As always: breathtaking! And we ran into our friend and fellow romance author Catherine Cowels at a pop-up signing in our local bookstore, Paulina Springs.
That’s it from here this week. Scroll down to see the books I’m sharing this week—and to get another free gift I’ve written for you.

A no-spice, slow-burn, enemies to more epic fantasy romance.

Thanks for reading!

P.S. I've written a "choose your own adventure” style game about Safe Haven. If you’re like me, you want to visit there. This is as close as you’ll get outside the books. For now…
