Happy International Childfree Day!
Decades after making my decision to be childfree, I’m only beginning to understand the scope of why I felt called to that choice.
It’s easy to look at the state of the world and what parenthood entails and go,
“Well, duh, who wants to have kids?”
But maybe there are deeper reasons.
Maybe our life path was always to experience true fulfillment, love, and purpose without having children.
After all, we didn’t have the desire. And that’s the point.
So, are we letting life support our choice in the best way possible?
