My creamy mustard and parmesan chicken… A delicious, bistro‑y, one‑dish chicken recipe, the kind you absolutely loved when I shared something similar a few weeks ago. So here’s another take in that same cosy, creamy, comforting lane. This one is all about mustard, Parmesan, white wine and tender chicken baked together until the sauce bubbles and thickens into something you’ll want to spoon over everything. It’s simple, it’s generous, and it tastes like the sort of thing you’d order in a little neighbourhood bistro and immediately try to recreate at home. this dish is luxurious and elegant… but still light enough to enjoy in the summer months.
