Getting going again can be one of the toughest things. We are creatures of comfort and habit. Once we fall out of a habit, stepping back in can be strenuous.
I started writing a book two years ago. There have been long stretches of time where I didn’t look at the manuscript. I left it to catch dust while I went on in life seeking new degrees, doing work for great local and global brands on their marketing team and pursued new desires of mine.
Yet…there always was a nagging in the back of my mind to finish the book. At the end of last year, 2024, I made a promise to myself to share the book, to get feedback, to edit it to a place where it can be published.
So now as I get going again and planning to share the stages of the journey here. I’m hopeful for a good ending. :) -Leigha
