Earlier this year, New Hampshire State Rep. Barbara Comtois helped to pass HB 396 which allows farmers in the state to slaughter on farm and sell directly to customers without government interference. It was all set to be signed into law when the governor vetoed it last month.
But the story is not over yet- next week, there is a movement for the house of representatives to override the veto with a bipartisan push for legislation that will drastically improve the economics for thousands of farmers in the state.
Please place a phone call or write an original email (no form letters please) to your state representative.

For those who don’t live in New Hampshire, please share this with friends, family and acquaintances who do. It’s incredible the impact one phone call can have on a representative.
Let’s band together and free up our farmers to produce food for our local communities.
Thanks!

Graham
