I’ve lived all three. I spent fifteen years in corporate. I’m neurodivergent, and for most of that time, nobody knew. I’ve stayed and learned to lead on my own terms. I’ve also left, to build something of my own.
So I built a space for it. It’s brand new. A place to talk honestly about staying, leading differently, or leaving, whether you’re in corporate or running your own thing.
