For me, Summer beauty is less about adding more, but about choosing well. I want products that make getting ready feel effortless: sheer textures, healthy-looking skin, polished colour and a few beautifully scented luxuries that turn an ordinary morning into something rather lovely.

These are the skincare, make-up, wellness and body-care essentials earning a permanent place in my summer routine this year…

1. CHANEL Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder

The sort of powder that makes skin look soft rather than powdered. I use it to take down unwanted shine while keeping the finish fresh, natural and subtly luminous; ideal on warm days when heavier base products feel like too much. Linked Here

2. LYMA

A serious piece of beauty technology for evenings when I have a little more time to dedicate to my skin. The LYMA is a sleek device accompanied by the products needed to help it glide comfortably across the complexion, it’s super easy to pack up and travel with as well - I’m obsessed. Linked Here

3. Pixi On-the-Glow Superglow

A wonderfully easy summer shortcut. The creamy stick format is quick to apply and effortless to blend, leaving a warm, glossy-looking radiance wherever the face needs waking up. It is particularly useful for holidays and handbag touch-ups. Linked Here

4. C+VIT powder

This coral-toned powder brings instant warmth and life to the complexion. A light sweep across the cheeks creates that healthy, just-back-from-the-sun effect, without having to spend the afternoon in it! Linked Here

5. ZIIP

Compact, beautifully designed and easy to incorporate into a routine, ZIIP is the facial device I reach for when my skin looks tired or in need of a little extra attention. It makes an at-home treatment feel both efficient and luxurious - since using this I have had so many compliments on my skin. Linked Here

Summer calls for skincare that supports the complexion without making it feel overloaded. These Medik8 staples cover everything from hydration and brightness to evening renewal - I have been using Medik8 for over 8 years and find it very hard to deviate…really the best skincare there is.

1. Medik8 Crystal Retinal 6

My evening active for helping the complexion look smoother, clearer and more refined over time. As with any retinal product, I introduce it gradually and remain particularly diligent about daytime SPF. I’m hoping to move up to their Retinol 10 soon, but for now the 6 is great. Linked Here

2. Medik8 Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream

A comforting daily moisturiser that provides welcome hydration without feeling oppressively rich. It is an excellent option when heat, travel or air conditioning leaves skin feeling more dehydrated than usual. Linked Here

3. Medik8 C-Tetra Advanced

A morning vitamin C serum that slots neatly beneath moisturiser and sunscreen. It’s a staple in my routine and makes my skin look so much brighter, fresher and more even. Linked Here

4. Medik8 Exo-PDRN Prismatique

A new lightweight serum for days when the complexion needs an extra layer of hydration and care. It feels particularly appealing after travel, late nights or too much time in dry, air-conditioned rooms. I’ve been using for a few weeks and love it so far! Linked Here

5. Medik8 Liquid Peptides Advanced MP

A peptide serum is a multitasker that I use most evenings alongside my Retinol, as I don’t need anything too heavy in the summer. Linked Here

I tend to think of supplements as long term players rather than instant solutions. Consistency matters, as does choosing products that fit naturally into everyday life. These Ancient + Brave sachets make that ritual so simple and easy to travel with.

I pop the three in my morning tea and the Nightcap I have with cacao and reishi - iced in the summer and lovely and warm in the winter.

1. True Collagen

Individually portioned sachets make collagen easy to add to a morning drink or take away on holiday. The simple format removes the guesswork and helps the habit feel manageable. Linked Here

2. True Nightcap

A calming evening ritual with lemon and ginger flavour. I like the simple act of preparing something warm at the end of the day - or iced in the summer - it’s a lovely way to wind down at the end of a busy night. Linked Here

3. True Creatine+

Creatine has become an increasingly popular addition to active routines. The individual sachets are especially convenient for travel, busy mornings or keeping in a gym bag - mine tends to go in the large tea I make to take with me when I leave the house in the morning - along with collagen and any other powders I need that day. Whether it’s the shop or a yoga class I’m headed to, the routine is simple and something I never forget. Linked Here

4. True Hydration

A new one for me, but I’m already noticing the difference. Especially useful for hot days and flights! Linked Here

Scent is so important to me over the summer months - I’m using our GROVE England Snowdrop Eau de Parfum for daytime and Anemone once evening sets in.

1. Anemone Body Wash

A generous bottle that makes the morning shower feel a little more special. The fragrance lasts gently on the skin and the wash leaves skin feeling so soft. Linked Here

2. Anemone Travel Set

I can’t go ANYWHERE without this set - it’s always in my handbag and is a total must for a little luxury on an aeroplane. Excitingly I’ll soon be able to mix it up and travel with Snowdrop, as we have a hand cream coming in the Autumn, along with some other new Snowdrop products, which are all amazing! Linked Here

3. Anemone and Snowdrop Scent Duo

These travel-sized fragrances are ideal for discovering both scents - or simply having options without packing full-sized bottles. Anemone feels gentle, calm and elegant, while Snowdrop offers a fresh and vibrant alternative. Linked Here

4. Anemone Hand Cream

A handbag essential that manages to feel practical and indulgent at once. The beautifully presented tube would also make a thoughtful host gift if visiting friends or family on your travels. Linked Here

The common thread running through all of these summer essentials is ease. They are products that work with summer rather than against it: sheer textures, portable formats, restorative rituals and a few beautifully made objects that bring pleasure to the everyday.

I hope you enjoyed my summer edit - do let me know in the comments or privately what else you would like me to share in this space.

Thank you for being here!
