An Invitation: Hawaiʻi Faith Leaders Soul Care Circle

I’m writing to share an invitation that has been slowly taking shape in me over time.

As someone who regularly sits with pastors, clergy, ministry leaders, and spiritual directors, I’m deeply aware of how rarely faith leaders have spaces where they are not leading, holding, or fixing — but simply being cared for.

With that in mind, I’m launching the Hawaiʻi Faith Leaders Soul Care Circle, a gentle, place-rooted online community for pastors, clergy, ministry leaders, and spiritual directors. While it’s grounded in Hawaiʻi, faith leaders beyond the islands who resonate with this community are warmly welcome.

This circle is not about leadership strategy or ministry output. It’s about spiritual grounding, simple soul care practices, and honest connection with others who understand the weight and beauty of this work.

Membership in the Soul Care Circle includes:

• Quarterly Zoom gatherings for guided reflection, prayer, and spacious conversation

• Simple soul care practices and reflections to support your ongoing spiritual life

• A private community space for gentle connection and shared prayer

Because this is part of my vocational work as a spiritual director, the Soul Care Circle will be a paid offering (with a monthly or annual option). That said, I never want cost to be a barrier — scholarships are available.
